A man has been charged after allegedly killing his cellmate at the Rush City prison last year.
William Davon Hall, 29, is facing one count of second-degree murder, according to Chisago County court records.
Court documents state that on Oct. 9, 2025, just before 1:30 p.m., officers at the Minnesota State Correctional Facility – Rush City responded to a cell in Complex Three South for an alarm call involving inmates.
