Timeline of events: St. Paul Mayor Her investigation

The full, albeit redacted, report of an investigation into whether Mayor Kaohly Her sexually harassed members of the St. Paul Police Department, namely St. Paul Police Axel Henry, was released Thursday.

A timeline of events below shows how the relationship between Mayor Her and the police department devolved.

Beginning in November 2025, Her began exchanging text messages with police department employees in an effort to build a relationship, according to a report from Resolute Law, LLC.

Her took office on Jan. 2. The report indicates the relationship between Her and police department employees began to turn on Jan. 7, after Renee Good was killed and an argument between the mayor and a police employee ensued.
