5 EYEWITNESS NEWS confirmed that more than 40 agencies in Minnesota have “Flock transparency portals,” which are optional public data sites available to agencies using the technology. The portals show that the types of information agencies share vary, but most Minnesota agencies with a ‘transparency portal’ list outside agencies granted access to their cameras.
