Roseville police arrest Isanti man in kidnapping, assault case

Roseville police arrested an Isanti man Friday in connection with a kidnapping and assault case earlier this week.

The Roseville Police Department said officers arrested the 41-year-old man after a woman reported the attack Wednesday near East Snelling Service Drive and County Road C.

Police booked the man into the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center on suspicion of multiple felonies. Police did not publicly identify the 41-year-old man.
