A seventh alleged gang member has reached an agreement with state and county officials not to attend the Minnesota State Fair this year, while a judge ruled three others are barred from associating with each other.
The agreement comes after Ramsey County Attorney John Choi and Attorney General Keith Ellison filed a civil lawsuit earlier this month, asking the court to prevent members of the two rival gangs from associating at the fair after law enforcement saw a post on social media by an alleged gang member promoting “The Biggest Battle of the Year” at the fair.
