One month after a mass shooting in Uptown Minneapolis, no arrests have been made

One month after nine people were shot and outside the Reign Event Center in Uptown, residents and workers said the neighborhood still feels unsettled, and Minneapolis police confirm the gunman has not been arrested.

The shooting happened shortly after 12:27 a.m. on July 19. Surveillance video from Hennepin Smoke Shop captured about twenty gunshots as people ran for cover outside the nightclub.
