Ramsey County gang lawsuit: 6 members agree to skip Minnesota State Fair

On Wednesday, an agreement was reached between Ramsey County and some alleged members of the “Muddy” and “Ville” gangs in connection with a civil lawsuit seeking to prevent gang members from gathering at the Minnesota State Fair this year.

Ramsey County Attorney John Choi and Attorney General Keith Ellison filed the civil lawsuit earlier this month, asking the court to prevent members of the two rival gangs from associating at the fair after law enforcement saw a post on social media by an alleged gang member promoting “The Biggest Battle of the Year” at the fair.
