MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Friday brings sunshine, temperatures in the low 80s and gradually falling humidity ahead of a beautiful weekend in Minnesota.

Showers and storms that moved across the state late Thursday into early Friday morning have cleared out, setting the stage for a mostly quiet day.
Friday starts slightly humid, but the humidity will gradually fall through the day. Expect sunny to partly cloudy skies with northwest winds at 10-15 mph.
Temperatures climb into the low 80s across much of the state, with the Twin Cities metro topping out at around 82 degrees. Friday night turns fairly clear and quiet as overnight lows fall into the 60s.
