What’s the Minnesota State Fair without something deep-fried to devour?

For more than four decades, Shanghai Henri’s has been bringing fair favorites, and this year they have two new food offerings: deep-fried nacho cheese bites and deep-fried strawberry cheesecake bites. That’s on top of a multitude of specialty alcoholic drinks.

Shanghai Henri’s own Molly Hanten joined us in the studio to talk about what’s new in 2026 over at their stand at the International Bazaar.
