Housing leader warns safety laws fall short after deadly Minneapolis shooting

Minnesota housing leaders said the industry is grieving and urgently seeking changes after a mass shooting at Shoreline Plaza in Minneapolis left two residents dead and critically injured two property employees, including the property manager.
