Car stuck under semi near U of M, Fourth Street blocked near I-35W exit

A large number of police are near the University of Minnesota where a car is smashed and stuck underneath a semi.

Minneapolis police and Minnesota State Patrol troopers have Fourth Street SE blocked off near the exit ramp from I-35W early on Tuesday morning.

Cars on I-35W southbound can still take the exit and a right towards campus on Fourth Street SE.
