Your fall scare fix is here: Dead End Hayride opens Friday

With just days remaining on the summer calendar, a popular fall attraction in Minnesota is ready to flip the page as the haunted hayride kicks off the season on Friday.

Dead End Hayride at the Pinehaven Farm in Wyoming is set to open for the year with haunted rides, walk-through scares and a family trail which features over 10,000 pumpkins.

According to organizers, people up for the scare can expect a hayride with deranged horror scenes through a 160-acre wooded area and farmland followed by walk-through sets and haunted houses. The attraction includes more than 200 zombies, ghouls, creeps and other characters.

Local food trucks, beer and other refreshments will also be available all season.

Dead End Hayride will start off on weekend evenings before adding some weeknight hours beginning on Oct. 7.
