LOS ANGELES — Television's biggest night returns Monday, Sept. 14, when the 78th Emmy Awards air live from the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles.
The awards show, which typically airs on a Sunday, sometimes moves to Monday when NBC has broadcast rights so as not to interfere with Sunday Night Football.
