SEATTLE — A 30-year-old Washington state man has been charged with conspiracy to murder people in a foreign country in connection with the February mass shooting at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School in Canada.
James Cody Bryant is accused of communicating with the shooter in the February tragedy that left nine dead and 25 injured. Federal prosecutors allege he aided and encouraged the suspected shooter, Jesse Van Rooselaar, by providing advice, money and agreeing to broadcast the attack.
