ATLANTA — The 15-year-old son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak and former Atlanta Falcons linebacker Kroy Biermann is facing sex crime charges, according to court documents.
The teenager is being held without bond at a youth detention center on charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, WXIA reports.
The charges stemmed from an incident on April 23, but additional details were not immediately available.
Court documents in Fulton County, Georgia, state that the teenager was arrested Aug. 17 and was later arraigned.
His next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 1.
