St. Paul council members call for transparency in mayor lawsuit

At least two St. Paul City Council members are calling for more transparency in the lawsuit against Mayor Kaohly Her.

5 EYEWITNESS NEWS checked with all seven St. Paul City Council members Tuesday. At least two members said city leaders have only seen limited information and that it is shaking trust and public confidence.

St. Paul Police Chief Axel Henry is suing Mayor Her for sexual harassment; the city’s investigation and report into Henry’s original complaint have not been made public, and council members said they have only been shown a two-page summary of the report.
