Reports: Hayden Panettiere was found in cardiac arrest prior to her death

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Preliminary investigation results for the death of actress, model and singer Hayden Panettiere have been released.

According to several media reports, including The New York Times, the Greenville, South Carolina Police Department and the Greenville County Coroner's Office say that Panettiere was found in cardiac arrest by emergency responders.
