U.S. Capitol Police arrested a 35-year-old California man after finding a guillotine in a pickup truck near Capitol Hill.
WASHINGTON — United States Capitol Police arrested a man who was carrying a guillotine in the back of his car.
About 3 p.m. Tuesday, USCP officers noticed a pickup truck parked illegally along the 100 block of East Capitol Street, which is right outside of the Capitol Building and the Supreme Court Justice building, according to a news release.
