Mora asks residents to conserve water due to drought warning in St. Croix River basin

MORA, Minn. — The city of Mora asked residents on Thursday to reduce water use after the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) declared the area is under a Drought Warning. 

In a Facebook post, city authorities stated that dry weather is having a notable effect on the city and county.
