Minnesota Truth Council seeks to establish public record of Metro Surge

Gov. Tim Walz used his executive order authority last March to create what he calls a “Minnesota Truth Council” to establish a public record of what happened during Operation Metro Surge last winter.

The council conducted its first public hearing on Wednesday to begin hearing some of the hundreds of stories they’ve collected.
