Molly says conditions for the first day of The Minnesota State Fair are shaping up to be picture-perfect

Northwesterly flow remains in place for Thursday, and we keep the rain chances out of the forecast with low humidity and plenty of sunshine. We stay dry during the day Friday with a noticeable rise in humidity and increasing cloud cover. Afternoon highs will run above normal, climbing into the mid 80’s.
