Marian Anderson Fine Art Prints

A vibrant new exhibit in Mankato is shining a well-deserved spotlight on the remarkable art of Minnesota’s own Marian Anderson. The nationally acclaimed artist grew up in the small towns of Nicollet and Madelia, and her self-taught, self-published work continues to inspire long after her passing in 2021. Jessica Potter Zajac, executive director of the Blue Earth County Historical Society, joined Minnesota Live to share what made Marian and her art so special.
