MINNEAPOLIS — A man accused of defrauding Minnesota housing services of more than $1 million was arrested Thursday, nearly nine months after being charged.
Kaamil Omar Sallah, 26, was taken into custody at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport after prosecutors say he fled to Amsterdam in November. According to U.S. District Attorney Daniel Rosen's Office, Sallah voluntarily returned to Minnesota.
