ICE agent Christian Castro appears in Minneapolis shooting case

An ICE agent charged in a January shooting in north Minneapolis made his first court appearance Thursday in Minnesota after months of legal disputes over his return.

Christian Castro, 52, appeared in Hennepin County District Court after the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension arrested him Wednesday in Minneapolis and booked him into the Hennepin County Jail.
