FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — What is your go-to food at the Minnesota State Fair? Whether it is a bucket of Sweet Martha's Cookies or a Pronto Pup, it may not be the healthiest dining choice. 

And if you eat too many fried foods, then it might spoil the rest of your day at the fair. 

Dr. Joshua Scheck of Allina Health visited KARE 11 News at Noon on Tuesday to share advice on enjoying fair foods in moderation.
