Food & Drink at Reunion

Tucked into the heart of Northfield, Reunion is one of Minnesota’s most storied dining destinations, housed in a rugged rock-walled building that has survived fires, a famous outlaw raid and more than 160 years of history. The restaurant, which opened in March 2019, is celebrated for its bold wood fire grill and slow-smoked meats served inside walls that still bear the charred marks of an 1878 fire. From its roots as Northfield’s very first tavern in 1856 to a dramatic chapter during the Jesse James Raid of 1876, every corner of this remarkable space has a story to tell.
