Minnesota coach P.J. Fleck said he likes the makeup of his team as the Golden Gophers enter the stretch run before their season opener against Eastern Illinois on September 3rd at Huntington Bank Stadium.
“I really like our football team,” Fleck said Monday. “This team’s been really fun to coach because whatever you put in front of them, they knock down. They really are. They’re a really connected team.”
