1-on-1 interview with Flock Safety as debate over camera use continues

Flock Safety says it has changed some policies as more Minnesota communities question the privacy impact of its camera program.

5 EYEWITNESS NEWS reporter Ben Henry questioned Flock leaders about the company’s automated license plate reader cameras and what it is doing to address privacy concerns.

“The conversation about balancing public safety and privacy is an important one, and it’s different for every community,” Trevor Chandler, Flock Safety’s senior director of public affairs, told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS.
