Fallout grows as St. Paul leaders review report on Mayor Her

St. Paul leaders are weighing fallout from a new report that concluded that Mayor Kaohly Her’s actions violated city policy but did not substantiate sexual harassment.

5 EYEWITNESS NEWS obtained a redacted version of the report Thursday after asking for it for weeks. The outside investigation commissioned by the city of St. Paul reviewed sexual harassment claims Police Chief Axel Henry made against Mayor Her, and Henry has since filed a lawsuit against Her and the city.
