Fairview’s St. Paul Midway campus up for sale, 250 workers relocating

Fairview Health Services is selling its St. Paul Midway campus that sits just blocks away from Allianz Field.

The Midway location, at located at 1690 and 1700 University Ave. W., only houses administrative and corporate functions and does not currently serve patients, according to Fairview spokeswoman Aimee Jordan.

About 250 people currently work at the Midway offices, all of whom will be relocated to new spaces by the end of the year.

“We recognize the Midway campus sits in an important part of St. Paul, and that its future matters to the surrounding neighborhood and the city,” Jordan said in a statement. “As we move forward with the sale, we are committed to being a thoughtful and responsible partner to the city and neighborhood to support a positive future for this site.”
