ST PAUL, Minn. — The police chief of St. Paul is suing the mayor, alleging sexual harassment and claiming city staff embarked on a campaign of retaliation after he filed a complaint earlier this year.
Police Chief Axel Henry filed a sexual harassment complaint against Mayor Kaohly Her this past spring, the investigation into which was completed this month. The investigation did not substantiate the original allegations of sexual harassment, but did find that Mayor Her engaged in offensive and inappropriate behavior with city employees.
