A recent study found a possible link between tadalafil and a higher risk of glaucoma, but experts say the findings aren't a reason to stop taking the medication.

WASHINGTON — A common drug used to treat erectile dysfunction and enlarged prostate may raise the risk for glaucoma, according to a new international study.

Researchers followed almost 74,000 men over age 40 for up to five years and found those taking tadalafil - commonly known by the brand name Cialis - were 22% more likely to develop glaucoma and 32% more likely to develop high pressure inside the eye.
