Clouds and more rain chances ahead – Chris

Clouds will be pretty stubborn as we head into the final weekend of September, with several rain chances showing up over the next week.

Friday looks mainly dry but cloudy, with temperatures right around seasonable levels. Highs should reach near 70 degrees, with overnight lows in the upper 50s.

Saturday is the wetter day of the weekend. A few showers are expected at times, with rain chances around 60%. It will also be noticeably cooler, with highs only in the mid-60s. This does not look like an all-day washout, but outdoor plans may have to dodge periods of rain.

Sunday looks drier, but clouds remain stubborn. Only a stray shower is possible, with highs in the upper 60s.

Monday stays mostly cloudy and mild with highs near 70 degrees and just a small rain chance.
