Cinemark brings back fan-favorite popcorn promotion for one day

WASHINGTON — Cinemark is bringing back a fan-favorite popcorn promotion. The catch? You only have one day to take advantage of it.

The company announced that it is bringing back the “Bring Your Own Bucket” promotion on Sunday, Sept. 6, where customers can bring their popcorn buckets and have them filled for $5.

Cinemark is encouraging movie-goers to get creative with their buckets, whether it’s a guitar, traffic cone or a cowboy hat.

There is a limit of up to 400 ounces, or a little over three gallons per person.
