A Pennsylvania man has been arrested after he allegedly drove into a motorcycle driver in Cass County Thursday, killing the driver.
Timothy William Arthur Hall, 33, is believed to have been the driver of the semi and is now facing charges of criminal vehicular homicide after he allegedly swerved into the motorcycle on purpose before driving away.
Charging documents state law enforcement was called to Minnesota Highway 371 near the intersection with Minnesota Highway 200 around 3:57 p.m. When authorities arrived, they found a motorcycle had crashed into a cable barrier and its driver had died.
Authorities later identified him as 30-year-old Roy John Berger of Vandis Heights.
