A Brooklyn Park man who was wanted for reportedly shooting another person in the head in a Minneapolis robbery in 2025 has been arrested.
Anthony Louis Rowe, 32, is facing three felony charges after he allegedly robbed and shot a man in Minneapolis in November. Rowe was charged with attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and aggravated robbery.
Court records state that on Nov. 14, 2025, a man, later identified as Rowe, was captured on video reportedly approaching a group of people under a bridge near Cedar Avenue and 17th Avenue in Minneapolis before 6 a.m., where he reportedly raised his arm as if pointing a firearm and seemingly shot a man before leaving the area.
Authorities said the victim had been shot in the face and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
