Brooklyn Center teenager with PTSD has been missing since July 5

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is issuing an endangered missing person alert for a teen who has not been seen since July 5.

According to the agency, Amarie Latoya Lumpkin, 15, was last seen on the 6200 block of France Avenue North in Brooklyn Center on July 5, around 3:30 p.m.

When she was last seen, Lumpkin was wearing blue jeans and a white shirt.

She is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

The BCA says Lumpkin has been diagnosed with PTSD.

Anyone who has information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Brooklyn Center police at 952-258-5321 or 911.
