A beautiful Autumn weekend ahead – Chris

Good Friday evening!

We’re heading into a really nice early-October weekend across Minnesota, with comfortable temperatures, plenty of dry time, and some great weather for getting outside.

Tonight stays partly cloudy and seasonable, with lows falling into the low 50s.

SATURDAY: Expect variably cloudy skies and pleasant temperatures, with highs in the mid-60s. Most of the day looks dry, which is good news for apple orchards, pumpkin patches, hiking, youth sports, and fall color trips. A stray shower is possible Saturday evening, but rain chances are only around 30% and this does not look like a washout.

TWIN CITIES MARATHON: Sunday looks excellent for the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon. Morning temperatures will start in the low 40s with mostly sunny skies, then gradually warm through the 50s during the race. Afternoon highs reach the mid-60s.
