The owner of Iron Giants Draft Horse Rescue said Shorty the llama came with the California property when she moved there last year.
WASHINGTON — When Jessi Carrillo and her family moved Iron Giants Draft Horse Rescue to Bella Vista, California, last year, the landlord shared an unexpected surprise: a very, very old llama that came with the property.
"When we were down here visiting and signing our lease contract of all the things, he said, 'So there's a caveat,'" Carrillo told KHSL. "There's a llama on the property, and it's part of your contract to care for the llama on the property."
