A wet weather system is forecast to bring widespread rain to the region on Monday.
MINNESOTA, USA — A rainy start to the week!
With widespread rain in the forecast for Monday, the KARE 11 team has issued a Weather Impact Alert.
Forecast models predict 0.5-1.0" of total rainfall, with possibly higher amounts across the southeastern corner of the state.
Some areas along the Minnesota/Iowa border could also see a few stronger storms.
The Weather Impact Alert will run from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
