The district had suggested three proposals to close as many as 16 schools last month.
MINNEAPOLIS — There are now new questions the Minneapolis Public School Board will have to face after it voted to scrap its original plan to close as many as 16 schools.

The board is now tasked with coming up with a new, comprehensive plan as the district faces continued budget and enrollment woes.
