Vance Boelter making 1st appearance in state court following federal sentencing

Vance Boelter will face a state court judge on Monday after pleading guilty to federal charges for the murders of Melissa and Mark Hortman, the shootings of John and Yvette Hoffman and the attempted shooting of their daughter Hope.

On July 23, Boelter was ordered to serve two life sentences followed by 40 years in federal prison.
