Organizers say 50% of the event’s net proceeds will be reinvested in Uptown.
MINNEAPOLIS — The Uptown Art Fair is returning with a new lakeside setting as organizers work to bring visitors and new investment back to the Minneapolis neighborhood.
The reimagined fair takes place Aug. 7-9, 2026, along Lake of the Isles and The Mall. Organizers say it will feature 200 juried artists from across the country, along with entertainment and family-friendly activities.
“It’s so important to bring the Uptown Art Fair back,” Uptown Association Executive Director Stefani Pennaz said. “We have had a lot of hardship, a lot of challenges in the last few years, and we are so excited to bring our community back together.”
