Taco Bell opens new “Kitchen X” concept in Minnesota at Carver Commons

Taco Bell fans in the Twin Cities have something seriously exciting to celebrate today as a brand-new restaurant concept just made its Minnesota debut. Border Foods is opening its very first Taco Bell Kitchen X location right here in the southwest metro at Carver Commons.
