JD Power named Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport the best mega airport in North America for customer and traveler satisfaction for the third year running.
The distinction came with the release of JD Power's North America Airport Satisfaction Survey, which measures ease of travel through airport; level of trust with airport; terminal facilities; airport staff; departure/to airport experience; food, beverage and retail; and arrival/from airport experience.
The study showed MSP ranked first in each of those categories.
