The John Ireland Boulevard Bridge in St. Paul has opened back up ahead of the Twin Cities Marathon.
ST PAUL, Minn. — As leaders gathered on the John Ireland Boulevard Bridge to celebrate its reopening, St. Paul's mayor was served with a sexual harassment lawsuit.
The lawsuit was filed earlier this week by St. Paul Police Chief Axel Henry, who filed a sexual harassment complaint against Mayor Kaohly Her earlier this year. An investigation into that complaint found sexual harassment allegations were unsubstantiated; however, it did note Mayor Her engaged in offensive and inappropriate behavior with city employees.
