Cloudy early this afternoon in the Twin Cities with some Spotty T-Showers but most areas will be Dry with the greatest risk for Rain before 4 p.m. in the north Metro north of the downtowns. During the afternoon Skies will become a Mix of Clouds and Sun with an Isolated T-Shower possible. Highs Today will be near 80 degrees with Muggy Dew Points in the mid 60s and Winds from the East at 5 to 10 mph. Partly Cloudy Tonight with Light Winds and Patchy Fog with lows in the mid to upper 60s by 7 a.m. Friday morning.
