Variety confirmed the re-release, which comes after another Marvel movie, "Avengers: Endgame," topped the box office seven years after its initial release.
WASHINGTON — "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" has a re-release in the works that will include previously unseen footage, according to reports.
Variety said it confirmed the re-release, though a release date hasn't been revealed. It's also unclear what new footage might be added to the movie.
"Spider-Man: Brand New Day" spent six weeks as the No. 1 movie in theaters after its release on July 31 and has grossed more than $2.4 billion worldwide. The fourth Tom Holland Spider-Man movie is also the top domestic movie of all time.
