The path of total darkness will pass through Spain on Wednesday, but parts of the U.S. can get a glimpse of a partial solar eclipse.
USA, — Millions of people will experience a rare total solar eclipse over parts of Europe this week.
The path of totality will pass through Spain on Wednesday, Aug. 12. Parts of Greenland, western Iceland and a corner of Portugal are also in the shadow’s path.
The eclipse will also coincide with the Perseid meteor shower and a six-planet parade.
