New court documents show the driver involved in a Brooklyn Center crash that left a 6-year-old girl dead and another in critical condition said she used cocaine days before.
As previously reported, the two girls were riding eastbound on 63rd Avenue North, approaching Brooklyn Drive, when a car heading south on Brooklyn Drive hit them, according to Brooklyn Center officials.
Authorities said the two girls were brought to North Memorial, where one was declared dead. Her name is Dreme Williams, her family confirmed to 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS.
The other girl is recovering in the hospital, according to family.
